We are a New Zealand family using all New Zealand produce to make our Limoncello, Cream Limoncello and Orangecello.
Limoncello originated in Italy and has become well known throughout Europe as a special liqueur that is enjoyed before or after a meal, known as an aperitif or digestif.
A great liqueur to settle the effects of a heavy enjoyable meal.
It is part of everyday life in Italy, and now becoming well known to the rest of the world.
The liqueurs are great additions to foods, desserts and cocktails.
There are many special recipes to make Limoncello, some of them have been passed down through family generations.
We have developed a recipe of our own, using the finest New Zealand produce, free of preservatives, additives and colouring.
We recommend that our Limoncello, Cream Limoncello and Orangecello are stored away from light, so that the lemon oil and orange oil hold its colour.
Shake well before serving so that the oils are distributed throughout the Liqueurs.
Drink really cold, so storing your Limoncello, Cream Limoncello and Orangecello in the freezer allows you to enjoy a KOAST anytime, straight from freezer to glass.
